Under section 29.3.3.7 Network Hygiene:

The URL "http://www.openbsd.gr/faq/pf/scrub.html" is broken and a similar page no longer exists in the OpenBSD FAQ, so the sentence "Refer to http://www.openbsd.gr/faq/pf/scrub.html for more information." has been removed.

I've managed to find a replacement link for the broken one, so we don't have to trim that information from the section. Thanks for filing the PR. Closed!
