Created attachment 175804 [details] patch to releases and releng pages This patch adds necessary information about 11.0R to the website. while here, I propose deleting a stale paragraph about the support model. A subsequent patch will rework that information on the Security page. A quick note is added about the next release not having a fixed date yet. Finally, a couple of missing links are added.
