The author of the application released a new patchset.
This patchset fixes several bugs and introduces many good features.

Fix: Either use the following patch or fetch from
ftp://xcin.linux.org.tw/pub/xcin/xcin/patch/xcin-2.5.2.pre5.diff3.gz

In a word.  No.  I am not just adding a > 800Kb file in the 
patches directory.   This is why we have the PATCHFILES 
and PATCH_SITES directives in ports/Mk/bsd.port.mk 

If you'd like to submit an update that works along these 
lines, I'm sure it would get committed.
