graphics/py-pycollada shar file

This adds the `graphics/py-pycollada' port, which is required for an
optional feature of FreeCAD (port `cad/freecad'), when importing
"collada" files.


  pycollada is a python module for creating, editing and loading COLLADA, which
is a COLLAborative Design Activity for establishing an interchange file format
for interactive 3D applications.
