I am update ffmpeg from 2.8 to 3.2.2,1 and found:
1. ffplay is missing/not installed
2. ffserver is installed, but FFSERVER option is unchecked.

Sorry for noice!

1. ffplay require SDL
2. ffserver some how was not deleted on 2.8 deinstall
