upgrade to 1.8.1

Seems all fine also.

Additional minor modification; the MASTER_SITES from http to https (both with signed delegations), and kept the http fallback.

http://download.dnscrypt.org/dnscrypt-proxy/ redirects to https, so https should only be listed.

https://www.dns-lab.com/downloads/dnscrypt-proxy/ is currently dead.
