Proposed patch (since 415836 revision)

Patch to improve games/diaspora port (v1.1.1).

- Add mirror for distfile
- Convert CC license name, based on ports r421995 changes
- Add gl to USE_GL
- Remove bsd.port.options.mk include
- Use new options helpers
- Use EXTRACT_* variables for post-extract target
- Use POST_PLIST for build-plist-empty target

To (possible) committer:
No need to bump PORTREVISION.
