VERSION: "FreeBSD-11.0-RELEASE-amd64-dvd1.iso" of January 2017.

After having to try everything, and around 15 successive installations, here I am still at the same point.

The ADDUSER command does not create the "TITI" user (for example), either in installation or terminal mode.

I have all tried, seen all the forums in vain.
 
Example:

# Chmod 1777 / tmp
# Pwd_mkdir /etc/master.passwd

==> No result !!

Is this still a problem in more recent versions of FreeBSD?
