This package is a requirement for updated versions of sysutils/py-tmuxp (https://www.freshports.org/sysutils/py-tmuxp/)

This port also allows interfacing with tmux via a python API. The documentation is provided at https://libtmux.git-pull.com.

    /usr/ports/devel/py-libtmux
    ❯ sudo portlint -aC
    looks fine.

I put it in devel/ because unlike sysutils/py-tmuxp, libtmux is *purely* a library. I'm open to feedback on that.
