It is currently not possible to CC the freebsd-pkgbase@freebsd.org mailing list from Bugzilla. It would be helpful for people to be able to raise bugs and keep the mailing list informed of their existence/progress.

Hi Ben,

I created user for freebsd-pkgbase mailing list, you can now add it to Cc to a bug. Please check and let me know if it works
