If add --without-libwrap  to CONFIGURE_ARGS in the port Makefile, it builds on 12a.

I've run into multiple issues related to this in the past and decided that it was best to just remove it.

Do you use libwrap with net-snmp?  If so, I can OPTIONize it for you.
