Bug 21824

Summary: bt driver no longer attaches due to change made between end of August and beginning of October
Product: Base System Reporter: ben <ben>
Component: i386Assignee: freebsd-bugs (Nobody) <bugs>
Status: Closed FIXED
Severity: Affects Only Me
Priority: Normal
Version: 4.1-STABLE
Hardware: Any
OS: Any

Description ben 2000-10-07 20:10:00 UTC
Here is the output of the bt driver when attempting to boot an Oct 3
kernel:

bt0: bt_cmd: timeout waiting for adapter ready, status = 0x0
bt0: <Buslogic Multi-Master SCSI Host Adapter> port 0xfff4 - 0xfff7 mem
0xffbef000 - 0xffbeffff irq 9 at device 15.0 on PCI
device_probe_and_attach: bt0 attach returned 6

How-To-Repeat:
I don't know if this is reproducible elsewhere. I can repeat it by
booting a new kernel.

One thing I forgot to mention: I tried this with a GENERIC kernel as well as my own, so the problem is not with my kernel config.
