Port update

Diff contains the following changes:
Makefile: Version bump
distinfo: contents update
pkg-plist: .so version updates

Notable changes between 2.4.0.0 and 2.5.0.0:
    Services can now report permanent failure by having ./finish exit 125.
    s6-svwait, s6-svlisten and s6-svlisten1 now exit 99 when they time out. They exit n when there are n services reporting permanent failure.

  s6 has undergone a major version bump and compatibility is not 
  guaranteed for software with a runtime dependency on 
  libs6.so.2.5.0.0. This update will also cause a build-break 
  for any software relying on a pre-2.5.0.0 libs6.a
