update to knot 2.4.3

Knot was upgraded a couple of times.
If I'm not mistaking I think due to some clang troubles I couldn't keep up.
But here I seem to have 2.4.3 perfect again.

I've tested it with poudriere on both 10.3 as 11.0

Just a question in between:
I've used USE_CSTD in dns/knot-resolver, and I see Matieu using USES=compiler:c11 in dns/yadifa
Would USE_CSTD=C11 be better than USES=compiler:c11 ...?
