I've had to have my Colo provider power cycle my HP DL360G5 box twice now on kernel changes for 11.1-BETA.

It just hangs after printing the CD0 identity line.

the latest occurrence was on the reboot to:
FreeBSD thebighonker.lerctr.org 11.1-BETA2 FreeBSD 11.1-BETA2 #14 r320190: Wed Jun 21 12:10:01 CDT 2017 root@thebighonker.lerctr.org:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC amd64

after a power cycle it comes up, but this is annoying.

It's been fine on 11.0 for a long time.

I'm not sure what else I can get for you, as I'm remote from the box.

@gjb suggested trying post r320746, and
FreeBSD 11.1-PRERELEASE (GENERIC) #17 r320792: Fri Jul 7 12:50:04 CDT 2017
boots just fine.

Presumed to be fixed by r320746.

Thanks for testing, Larry.
