I've recently submitted a new audio engine for audio/sndio to Kodi and it was
merged last month (https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/pull/11962). I've been using it
for over a year now and I'd like to it add it to the port if possible until Kodi
18 is out.

The patch adds an SNDIO option (off by default) and includes a backport of the
backend via an extra patch, so the build shouldn't be affected in any way
normally unless users select SNDIO=on.

Poudriere test builds are fine on 11.0/amd64 and 12.0-r317732/amd64

  multimedia/kodi: Add sndio backend

This is essentially a backport of [1] which was already merged and
will hopefully be part of the next Kodi release.
