When a multiple cdrom drive like the DRM-600 is used and all the
drives are mounted, /stand/sysinstall uses the first CD it finds
in the drive. Regardless if it is the correct CD or not.
Basically, /stand/sysinstall does not consider the
CDROM drive to have a changer.

Additionally, if one cat(1)s a file on one CD and then requests
a cat(1) from a file on a different CD, and that file has
the same name on both CDs, then one gets the same file
as on the first CD.

Note: similar problems listed as bin/12564

Fix: 

workaround to bug #1: umount(1) all CDROM drives
workaround to bug #2: none at this time.
