Currently anytime the Generic BROKEN/IGNORE/DEPRECATED Messages in chapter 14.5[1] are before the Dependency Block 14.6 portlint will throw a false positive:

WARN: Makefile: "BUILD_DEPENDS" has to appear earlier.

Getting this fixed would be nice to have.
