patch file for new port databases/proxysql-admin

The ProxySQL Admin (proxysql-admin) solution configures Percona XtraDB cluster nodes into ProxySQL.

Also works with other galera MySQL forks.

Patches applied by port are to fix GNU incompatibles, e.g. sed \t. Some other GNU run dependencies are installed by the port.

A MySQL client is not included by the port to avoid hard package dependencies on a particular client fork or version. pkg-message notes that a MySQL client is required.

The logs from scheduler scripts can be quite loud so a newsyslog.conf.d config is also installed.

Is this still relevant?  It is several versions out of date now.
