security/py-python-openid exists in ports and will even build with python 3 but it's not actually compatible.

It seems that security/py-python-openid should probably be changed so it's only compatible with python2 and then add python3-openid as a new port?

Thank you!

I've added security/py-python3-openid in r461418.

I tried to build security/py-python-openid with python 3.6 and noticed lots of syntax error.
