under text console mode, when mouse cursor is moved to the range of (X=4, Y=23) - (X=5, Y=24), mouse cursor flashes quickly, cost much cpu 
time, my machine is TWinhead PowerSlim 600 laptop pc.

How-To-Repeat: move mouse cursor to the range of(X=4, Y=23) - (X=5, Y=24)
