Using proper bugzilla syntax, I was referring to Bug 222125. Hi Romain, For a user (email address) to be used in Assignee, CC and other fields, an account needs to exist with that email address, for obvious reasons (cant spam any email arbitrarily) While anyone, including members of the puppet team can create accounts, I have gone ahead and created the account (with a random password) so that it can be used in these fields. Please close this issue (FIXED) once confirmed, or let me know if anything else is required. Ho, I didn't though it was that simple! Thank you very much, I could change the maintainer accordingly. |
A puppet@ alias was recently created to allow the maintainers of the various Puppet-related ports working and communicating more easily. The ports MAINTAINER lines where updated accordingly, but problem reports are not assigned to "puppet", e.g. #222125. I tried to assign it manually, and it fails with the following message: > Assignee: > puppet@FreeBSD.org did not match anything I guess something has to be set in bugzilla to allow assigning bugs to this team, hence this message. Thanks!
