State Changed From-To: open->feedback For 6 weeks doesn't really help us, since we were unaware of your system having problems. I gather this is a SCSI:SCSI unit? Do you have SCSI parity on? Are you sure you have the proper cables? How about termination? For the record, the panic suggests to me, and some others, that you are experiencing data corruption. This can be due to bad system RAM, wrong memory timing settings in BIOS, etc, etc. You really need to provide more details, appropriate output from /var/log/messages or /var/run/dmesg.boot and likewise.
