patch

After the release of fail2ban 0.10.1 users of pf complained about syntax errors, e.g. https://github.com/fail2ban/fail2ban/pull/1915 and https://github.com/fail2ban/fail2ban/pull/1925
Upstream the action pf.conf for users of pf was corrected. The changes may break workarounds users of pf did so I added a warning to the install message. Anyway, these users shall still be aware of the problems they had and be able to fix their workaround.
