NO_ARCH triggered this message:

> ===>  Building package for libsimdpp-2.0
> pkg-static: DEVELOPER_MODE: Warning: arch "FreeBSD:10:*" -- package installs C/C++ headers or libtool files,
> **** which are often architecture specific

It is partially wrong in that C/C++ headers installed by packages are virtually always architecture-neutral, so this warning shouldn't be triggered by headers.
