Я пытаюсь установить freebsd из образа bootonly, выбираю основное зеркало закачки и базовый архив скачивается до 99% и останавливается. В списке зеркал самый верхний пункт. Я нахожусь на территории Российской федерации.

This should be fixed with more mirrors added over the time, please reopen if there is still issue existing.
