What version were you running before the upgrade (that was presumably stable for you)? It was a FreeBSD 11.0. 11.0 was a fresh installation so no artifacts or what so ever should have occurred. It may be resolved by adding the kern.cam.scsi_delay option. Please see bug #220923, comment #17. I tested the option with various values, but nothing change. The Laptop still restarts from time to time. I did not experience this issue for more than 2 or 3 months. Maybe a minor patch update has fixed it. Maybe something other. I really have no idea. Therefore i'm closing the issue, since it is no longer reproducible. |
