I noticed it in the failing list on the build server.

* Fixed stage-qa by REINPLACE_CMD
* Renamed into FretsOnFire because the executable is named this way, it is more readable, and also allows to simplify the Makefile
* Added LICENSE
* Added NO_ARCH
