It seems Linux crowd gets GTK option in qt5ct when installing this package. In FreeBSD, however, GTK support is not included.

Is there a way to enable it?

The issues was, that the Gtk2 plugin is not available in the released tar-ball, and was only (re-)added to the package in git, without any further release.

I'll commit an update to the port using sources from git shortly.
