sysutils/py-salt: Add patches to get the at module working on FreeBSD-based systems

The attached patch gets the at module working on FreeBSD-based systems.

Previously "at" on FreeBSD-based systems was expected to
behave like OpenBSD's "at" which didn't work.

I'll approve these patches if they have also been submitted upstream to SaltStack.

Any update here?
Comment 3 Christer Edwards 2019-05-25 14:43:11 UTC
+1 to close. There is now too much drift from current Salt.

If this is still needed, please submit the patch upstream. I will provide mid-stream patching only while awaiting an upstream release.
