Please add this port via "svn cp" instead of "svn add".

@sunpoet it is enough! I see for myself whether a patch is okay or not, and work with Matthias and tz together. We can do that very well ourselves. Thank you!

Hi Matthias,

security/rubygem-attr_encrypted has the higher version 3.1.0.
Does not the gitlab update work anymore?
