This patch changes the version number to include also the patch level.
Without this modification it's hard to use pkg_version to determine
if the squid installation needs to be updated...

Maybe something similar should be applied to the squid22 package as well.

I've given the squid23 port a version number which is going to be 
bumped again soon :-) 

I won't do the squid22 port until we (squid) release another version 
on that branch, which may happen soon.
