sysutils/snmp_exporter: Update to 0.10.0 and add log file
This patch has now been update to also update snmp_exporter to 0.10.0

Updates the port to 0.11.0 and logs daemon output to syslog.

Created attachment 191290 [details] sysutils/snmp_exporter: Add log file This patch primarily adds a log file to snmp_exporter to avoid dumping output to the console while the daemon starts, and to log events while the daemon is running. We also remove the $snmp_exporter_textfile_dir checking and initialization, as it isn't required for the snmp_exporter (textfile directory is for the node_exporter textfile collector), and as there was no $snmp_exporter_textfile_dir variable defined, it was broken.
