	The ISA PnP modem ME5614ISA produced by OMRON is not
recognized on FreeBSD 4.1.1-RELEASE (i386).

Fix: Please add the entry for this modem to
struct isa_pnp_id sio_ids[] in /usr/src/isa/sio.c:
