The following messages are output when I do probe of an USB 
controller.

uhci0: <Intel 82371AB/EB (PIIX4) USB controller> irq 10 at device 7.2 on pci0
uhci0: Could not map ports
device_probe_and_attach: uhci0 attach returned 6

and, I can't use usb devices.

How-To-Repeat: When system booted. (Everytime!)

Does setting PnP OS to "no" in your bios help? If not, does this 
still occur with more recent releases?
