The Netgear FA-311 Rev-A1 is not supported.  The card _IS_ found as sis0.
You can ping the interface.  However, you can not ping in nor out of it.
I've tried it at both 100Mbps and 10Mbps.

Fix: 

support it?

Originator reports the card works fine now after he saw an update go 
in.  Also works on OpenBSD now.
