https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=193528#c20 is clearly SPAM. I don't see an option to exclude only the comment instead of flagging the entire bug as SPAM.

You don't need to open PR for every spam instance, people usually report spam activity directly to bugmeister@ email address.
