Hi, I would like to report a 4.1.1 installation problem.

My i386 has a two-slice IDE (ad0s1, ad0s2) and a single slice SCSI (da0).

I specified / and /usr as ad0s2a and ad0s2e in disklabel. Both ad0s1
and da0 are marked as DOS and inactive. At commit, the installation
says "can't find / and swap."

Things started working after I unplugged the SCSI drive.

How-To-Repeat: Have ad0s1, ad0s2, and da0 in an i386 PC.

Install 4.1.1 with kern.flp and msfroot.flp

Does this problem still occur with more recent releases?

Submitter no longer has the hardware on which this occurred.
