/stand/sysinstall from FreeBSD 4.2 overwrites /etc/mail/sendmail.cf
with the default sendmail.cf

How-To-Repeat: Run /stand/sysinstall and do an OS upgrade to FreeBSD 4.2.

I'm actually copying all of /stand from a FreeBSD 4.2 system to a 
FreeBSD 4.1 system, and then running /stand/sysinstall to do the 
upgrade.
