2.3.2-beta has been out since 2016-09-08 and was the last release of version 2.x

It looks like textproc/sphinxsearch is newer than this -devel port, so please update that one instead. Removing this port.

The beta is version 2.3.2 and was released Sep 08, 2016.

The port textproc/sphinxsearch is version 2.2.11_3 and was released Jul 19, 2016. So I'm not sure how it's newer than the beta.

The point of the ticket was to update the -beta port to 2.3.2 which would make it newer than the non-beta port.
