if e.g. sharenfs contains commas, like "-alldirs,-maproot:root" then zxfer fails on filesystem creation executing

/sbin/zfs create -p  -o -maproot=root -o setuid=off destfs

hence, commas need to be escaped, but unfortunately I can't produce diff for that at the moment
