Looks like kde@ wants to deprecate Qt 4 [1].  The attached patch
switches LMMS to Qt 5.  Probably should only be landed when Qt 4
is actually deprecated.  Qt 5 support seems to have stabilized in
LMMS and works nicely now.  When I tried this earlier this year
it was still very unstable.
