patch01 doesn't seem to exist in /usr/ports/distfiles//mpfr-4.0.1.

www.mpfr.org is unreachable. As a workaround, you could manually add LOCAL/sunpoet/${DISTNAME} to MASTER_SITES to download the patch files.

That was the problem. The site is up now so this isn't a bug.
