dump(8) describes /etc/dumpdates in the -u option, but
it really should be described in section 5.

Fix: 

The long wait.... it seems this has not been docuemented since 4.3BSD.
Nik, please note: I'll write a description to this soon, so at least
anyone working on the man page will have something to start from.
