Are you sure that your kernel and the vbox package are in sync?

May be linimon@FreeBSD.org said that you need to install kernel sources.

/boot/modules/vboxdrv.ko is provided by package virtualbox-ose-kmod (emulators/virtualbox-ose-kmod) Please install it first.  If you hit version unmatched or other issues, please try to install it from ports.  Thanks.
