Hey there all,

I'll take cvs and dma, which are currently maintainerless.  We use both internally at dayjob, and I have a patch for cvs that we use internally.

Please provide a patch that updates MAINTAINER in devel/cvs and mail/dma.
You can also include the patch for cvs at the same time.
