test-mktemp Script Execution mktemp(1) is not intended for the operation, to mass-produce a lot of zero-byte files in /.

I don't understand the problem you are fixing.  This script creates exactly *one* temporary file, and removes it right after creation.  Where is this "mass-produce" and "lot" coming from?
