I hoped this would be fixed upstream, but I just got reply on squid-users mailing list it won't: http://lists.squid-cache.org/pipermail/squid-users/2018-December/019862.html Last time I checked a month ago, www/squid (squid-4.3_1) was unusable on FreeBSD 11.2-RELEASE. I'll check if there are any improvements. Hopefully we won't end up without production-usable squid on FreeBSD 12. Well, squid developers are not going to fix 3rd brach to support openssl 1.1 as far as I know. It's intended to use 4th branch with openssl 1.1 A commit references this bug: Author: swills Date: Wed Dec 26 23:12:20 UTC 2018 New revision: 488489 URL: https://svnweb.freebsd.org/changeset/ports/488489 Log: www/squid3: mark broken on FreeBSD 12 and newer PR: 234143 Submitted by: timp87@gmail.com (maintainer) Changes: head/www/squid3/Makefile Committed, thanks! |
