Description basarevych 2018-12-20 08:30:26 UTC
After doing "pkg upgrade" which upgraded some Qt libs it seems, I have started receiving this error when trying to launch VirtualBox (maybe the only Qt app I have now):

Qt FATAL: Cannot mix incompatible Qt library (version 0x50b02) with this library (version 0x50c00)
Abort

After some googling I found that qt5-style-plugins was the problem in a similar case in other OS. Just running "portmaster qt5-style-plugins" was enough to fix this error and VirtualBox started working again.

I am not sure this needs to be reported or it will get fixed in pkg automatically somehow but decided to do so in any case. Thank you.

Generally: if you upgrade Qt you need to upgrade all its consumers too.

Port has been bumped to force rebuild.
