lidarr-0.5.0.583.diff

Lidarr is a music collection manager for Usenet and BitTorrent users.
It can monitor multiple RSS feeds for new tracks from your favorite artists and will grab, sort and rename them.
It can also be configured to automatically upgrade the quality of files already downloaded when a better quality format becomes available.

* Added runtime dependency of chromaprint (fpcalc) for audio-fingerprinting. Reference: https://github.com/Lidarr/Lidarr/wiki/Health-checks#fpcalc-missing
* Updated UIDs and GIDs for conflict resolution from the previous patch for lidarr-0.5.0.583.diff

If someone could confirm that this port passes QA (portlint, poudriere at least), that would help progressesion. Please fix any issues reported during QA
